Sourced from the Nyamurinda plantation in Nyamagabe, Rwanda, this exceptional coffee embodies resilience and passion. Founded by sisters Francine and Immaculée Mukamana, survivors of the 1994 genocide, the plantation stands as a symbol of hope and rebirth.
Grown at 1,800 to 2,000 meters above sea level, this Red Bourbon coffee undergoes meticulous processing, with cherries manually harvested at peak ripeness, carefully fermented, washed, and sun-dried for 12-24 days. The result is a bright, enveloping coffee with notes of red fruits, vanilla, and toasted almonds, complemented by a touch of cocoa in the finish.
Ideal for espresso lovers, this coffee delivers a unique and flavorful experience.
