The 80/20 gold blend is one of the most classic Italian blends, made up of the high-quality of Arabica and the roundness of Robusta coffee, that will let you enjoy the body and the typical velvety cream that these beans bring to the cup.

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92°C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees took place in 60 hours.

This coffee has an excellent body and well-balanced aromas. Notes of biscuit and vanilla are well present, as well as some light cocoa. A really well balanced blend.

All the coffees that make up this coffee blend are grown in the shade of banana and pepper trees.
