Introducing the Mokaflor Red Blend, an espresso with a strong and vigorous character that combines the body of Brazilian Arabicas, the sweetness of African Arabicas, and the creaminess typical of Indian Robusta. This blend brings together diverse flavors to create a rich and satisfying coffee experience.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 91°C (to avoid enhancing bitterness and roughness) with an extraction of 25 ml in 23 seconds. The result is a dark-brown hazelnut crema, offering delicate notes of chocolate and biscuits.
The Mokaflor Red Blend has a full-bodied taste with a pleasant bitterness, beautifully balanced by sweetness and a light citrus aftertaste. The acidity is very subtle, making this blend ideal for those who appreciate a well-rounded espresso.
